The earring is beautiful. But getting it on is difficult. I even had a friend with loupes loose attempt to place it on my ear and we lost the small front piece. I’ve reached out to the company for a replacement, but have yet to hear back.

I wanted to love these earrings because they’re beautiful. I bought two Frankie U Hoops for my third piercings for my wedding, but the closure is a major design flaw. The tiny screw-on diamond is nearly impossible to attach. It took me over an hour to put one on, and while attaching the second, the screw fell off and was lost in my carpet, leaving the earring unusable.
It’s especially disappointing because I understand this is an issue the brand is already aware of. Gorgeous earrings, but the functionality is simply not practical.
Hi Laurence, thanks for leaving us a review. This is the nature of permanent earrings, they are a technical product and need to be small if you are planning on leaving them in your ear and never taking them out. Flat backs, Ball Backs, U hoops, they all require the same level of care when putting in the ear.
I got a new piercing that was not healing well. Put this one in and it healed so fast. It’s so cute and comfortable. No issues with sleeping on it. Will buy from here again.
So in love with this sparkly addition to my earring stack. It’s comfy, unique and the quality is amazing. I was nervous about it eventually coming loose but the thread on the diamond is long and allows you to screw it into the post securely. Highly recommend!
